For a Best Western it an absolute 7. I've NEVER had a problem here. There's a lot of bad reviews online about it but those must be rare. Its come along way since my first stay in 05. You really can't beat it. During my many visits I have at one point or another that at almost every hotel in that area. This hotel is clearly the best value for the money. Even if you don't get a chance to partake of the breakfast bar it is still a nice place to stay. Stay is very professional and eager to address and needs or concerns. Actually, the hotel I booked sent me elsewhere. I attempted to check in at 5 p.m. And was told that there were no more non smoking rooms left! I was sent to other best western miles away. I chose the original hotel for its proximity.
