The rooms were too dark in color, and the breakfast was not what I was expecting. The housekeepers walked by with their heads down, and did not even act like they knew I was there. This year I found hair in the tub, toothpaste dripping down the back of the bathroom door, and crumbs in one of the drawers. The maids came to clean, but hair was left and so were the crumbs. They comped me one of my nights, but I will not return, the attitude was not pro-active enough. The manager sent the maid so I could show her the problems and he said he would get back to me after it still hadn't been cleaned properly. He never did. Plus the bed sheets were wrinkly, like someone had slept in them before me on my first night check-in. I was really tired and went to sleep the first night upon a late arrival and did not notice most of the issues till the next morning.
