We really enjoyed the comfy bed. The pool was nice (could have been a little warmer). The dogs were noisy and were in the non pet area a lot. Breakfast was great. We recommend it.

The BW Four Seasons is not the newest hotel on the strip in Traverse City, but one would be hard pressed to find a challenger for the title as the best on the strip. From the point where I was looking to make reservations until we checked out, we we

My fiance and I just wanted to get out

My fiance and I just wanted to get out of town and since we really like Traverse City since it holds significance to us, we decided to just go. I booked Best Western on here and the pictures don't due the place or rooms justice. We had a jacuzzi suite with balcony. Our first day arrival there was beautiful weather followed by very friendly outgoing staff. They were more than willing to help us find activities to do and places to eat. We checked in and got a little goodie bag. Arrived into our room upstairs and it was awesome!!! Jacuzzi right in the living quarters with mirrors surrounding it. The view of the balcony was not much but I felt very safe and comfortable at this place. The staff was on all night and were willing to help if needing anything. The hotel was centrally located between the pennisulas along with Acme and the casino there. I would recommend bringing your own pillows though :) The bed was the only disappointment unless you like your king size bed hard. The room was very clean and well decorated. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and also plan on returning for future stays!!!!

Great staff and hotel

The staff was fantastic, lots of ideas given for us to enjoy the area, just wish we had more time to take it all in. Room was very clean, and up-to-date. Hotel is only a mile from downtown, and close to all the fun things to do. The kids loved the deep pool, 11 ft deep on the one end, and nice and warm too. We also enjoyed the large hot tub. Breakfast was well stocked with all the essentials for an expanded continental breakfast. We will return and allow more time to enjoy the beautiful area!

It was a very comfortable stay. The rooms were nice and clean. The location was good because it was central to nearby wineries. The pool and Jacuzzi were very nice.

It was in a good location, right in Traverse City. The room cleanliness was just acceptable, but the desk service was spectacular. The beds were comfortable, but the bathroom was a little small. Overall, it is a good hotel for a good price. I would stay there again.
