The staff was helpful and they provided a good breakfast. Just a couple of small distractions - the legs on the desk were very loose (almost to the point of falling off) and one of the chairs appeared to be broken (seat was sunken in on one side). Again, minor issues when compaired to the rest of the room and hotel. We had a spacious room that met our needs perfectly. The kids loved the pool! Awesome breakfast included, something for everyone. Encountered a friendly staff who made sure to take care of any request. We did however have to request extra towels several times, but the hotel was at a full house status so it was understandable. Very Clean. Freindly / helpful staff. We were visiting family. We had a "whirlpool suite". The master bedroom was VERY comfortatble! The front room was VERY small. We could not open the refrigerator when the sofa bed was pulled out. OK. The only time we were in the room was to sleep. After socializing was done, we used the pool / jacuzzi. Breakfast was good. Par for the course. FRESH HOT COFFEE!! My son had issues with the internet connectivity. I didn't have any problem with being "disconnected"...but it was an issue for him. When we did have a problem with something they tried to fix it right away. The building itself is newer and very clean and well decorated.
