Clean when we arrived but the bed squeaked something terrible. Easy check in. There was only one towel in the bathroom despite the reservation being for two. I had to go back to the front desk for another towel and to get one key card reprogrammed because it wouldn't work in the door. Maid service took back my extra towels the next day when cleaning and threw out our used soap without replacing it. When I wanted to buy sodas from the machines at the front desk, it wouldn't take dollar bills and the front desk didn't have change so I had to walk to the DoubleTree next door for the soda. The breakfast had quite a bit to choose from even though the first bagel I picked up was frozen solid and I needed to grab another. The area for breakfast is pretty cramped too. I enjoyed my stay. When I got to the hotel they told me I would have to change rooms for the next night to a smoking room.
