The distance to Amsterdam was 13 km, 5 km more than listed, but was easily accessible by bus. The ride took 45 minutes to Leidscheplein. We were disappointed with the shuttle service to the Airport, which was listed as a courtesy service by Best Western. After being assured at check-in that the shuttle would take the four of us to the airport, we were told by staff on the morning of our departure that the shuttle was unavailable. They did order 2 taxis for us to get us to the airport on time Which we found out was at our expense of 25 Euros per taxi. Not good service at all.
