It has old world charm, and is international, but for American travelers, a bit lacking in amenities. The staff was overly busy at times-and although desiring to be helpful, simply lacked the resources. The front desk was basically unavailable after 11:30. The management gave us one of the largest hotel rooms we've ever had, and it was comfortable and would have been nice for a family of four (king sized bed with two additional twin beds).
