SImply wonderful

I couldn`t believe the incredible deal we got online - ended up in a beautiful suite for only $189 US. Really beautiful - amazing. The service is wonderful, and the facilities are as nice as you would expect. The pool is wonderful. And right in the middle of the action on the strip. Hopefully we will get a similar deal in the future so we can return!

We purchased a two night stay as a gift. My parents are celebrating their 50th wedding ann. this month. So we thought it would be nice for them to revisit their honeymoon destination 50 yrs. ago. They just loved the Bellagio! The beauty of the hotel to the guest services along with the wonderful buffets. We purchased two tickets for "O" which they absolutely loved!!! Thank You Bellagio~

BAD BAD Customer Service

Bellagio has great food!!! Concierge was great. As for as customer service for the REGULAR FOLKS(those that book through Vegas.com, Hotel.com etc) is total crap!!! They look right through you as if you're not there. When I was checking in they asked me if I wanted to leave a credit card for incidental charges since my room was prepaid. I said know, the clerks attitude quickly changed. She proceeded to tell me the that internet is 14.00/day, minibar is touch sensitive so don't touch it. We get to the room it is DIRTY!!! only the beds were made. We called the front desk said we'll have someone to come clean but we had to leave. We said we're not doing that we'd just got their with our luggage and wasn't going to leave the room for them to clean. We asked for another room after 10min. on the phone with the front desk we finally got another room. This room was okay here's the problem; 1)shower leaked, 2) sink drained extremely slow and hand foul odor. 3) No internet, 4) the business center cost 1.25/min for internet use & printing is $1/B&Wcopy, & 2.50/color copy. After about a half hour on the phone with sub hotel management they gave us 50.00 toward breakfast buffet, and because they still didn't fix the leaky shower we got another free breakfast but only after half hour of phone negotiation. We spoke with other people on the same floor with us and found they'd booked packaged deals through Vegas.com, Expedia, etc. They complained that they couldn't open doors in their room, sinks, toilets, showers didn't work properly. With our deal the first thing the front desk told us was that your room was prepaid and it was only 50.00/night. So that was their way of saying you're dirt so don't bother me. Their exclusive customers(the ones that pay the 3-500.00/night for room or the ones that are big gamblers they treat them like royalty. I could have stayed at the LaQuinta and got way better service and internet and business center is free. The only thing Bellagio didn't charge for was the air you breathe and that's probably because it was full of smoke. My recommendation stay at the LaQuinta, Comfort Suites, Holiday Inn at least you'll be treated like a human.

Bellatio

Basically it was kind of boring and the "check In" staff were not welcoming or accomodating or friendly for that matter. Too many lines and they charged for mini-bar items that we never used.

Yes, when you enter you are in the center of it all and it is Beautiful!!!!!
But, at night it was loud in the halls and our bathroom made a gurgling noise that kept us up. In the halls it was very smokey....not in the room, the room didn't smell, t

Excellent service! Fantastic facility: the rooms, the lobby, the casino, the restaurants, the grounds, the security, and the on-site activities are without parallel! In my many years of travel, I have stayed at no better hotel.

Every single person on the hotel staff

Every single person on the hotel staff was friendly! From the front desk to the housekeeper! We loved our room - the beds were amazing! The bathroom was gorgeous. They were very strict about checking room keys to allow guests onto the elevator & down to the pool - kind of nice to know that some random drunk from the casino floor won't be stumbling onto the floor where you're staying. We were four girls staying alone for Spring Break, and we definitely felt safe there. Many people were surprised that we decided to stay at the Bellagio, but we felt it was worth the extra money to be sure that we would be safe & happy - and we got it at a great price thanks to the online travel website! We ate at The Buffet and Noodles - both were good. The Buffet was $30, but delicious! We would've gone there another night had it been a little less pricey. Noodles seemed like a little more 'authentic' Asian cuisine than what we were used to, but it was still good. (We're fully aware we eat American versions of Asian food! haha)We went to the Caramel Bar & The Bank, both bars inside the hotel (not managed by the Bellagio though) - quite pricey ($9/beer; $16/martini), and we couldn't get service for our lives. We found that we were much better off at the casino bar... Or playing the slots and getting free drinks. ;)

We just returned from 6 days at the Bellagio and can't say enough about it! We thought the Venetian was our favourite but the Bellagio is definitely equal or better. Our room was great. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We couldn't get enough of
the Patisserie and gained a few pounds I'm sure just from it's wonderful pastries. Poolside was wonderful! We lucked out with wonderful weather so spend some time at poolside. What a treat in March for Canadians. The location was very central and allowed us to walk everywhere. We found the concierge very helpful with all our questions including printing our boarding passes. We felt very pampered to be there. We would definitely stay again.
