The tub was dirty and the air conditioner/heater was full of dust and dirt and our room also smelled very musty. I called the manager when I got home and had bites everywhere but could not reach her. I left a message and called the front desk to let them know that the room had bed bugs or spiders. But rooms very, very dirty. Had to be moved from first room due to urine smell throughout. Second room; carpet/floors too dirty to walk on, - used bath towels. Very dark, dreary and walls/tub visible with layers of dirt. Breakfast very adequate. Not offered other advertised amenities. Computer inadequate, grimy.
