My only problem was with reservations. They have recently switched to a new travel card service, and I have had problems with this one since I joined. Either the online reservation gets lost, or at first with the new card, you couldn't use it to make reservations with Baymont at all. The desk kept saying they would send someone to fix it and it did not happen. I asked for another room after several hours and I was told there were no others. They did not have any problem with charging me full price the next morning though.
