I had to postpone my stay by a week due to a death in the family. After speaking with several people prior to checking in to ensure that there wouldn't be a problem with the delay, there was a problem upon my arrival. There was no record of my reservation, and when I explained the situation I was faced with a very rude reservations manager who spoke to me like I was worthless, and she told me the only way I could stay was to pay again. The whole situation could have had a different outcome if the manager had a better attitude. Needless to say, I was disappointed. The first room we had was humid because the AC wasn't working properly. We checked it and it was full of mold spores. They moved us to a second room which was dry, but smelled of mold also (the AC was also full of mold spores. The third room they moved us to was also moldy although better than the first two. We ate breakfast twice in their restaurant - poor service and reeked of mustiness.
