It is reasonable and clean! The staff is super friendly and they keep the grounds lovely. It was peaceful and reminded me of a neat old treasured resort from what the Dells felt like as a child! Forget the other more expensive lake resorts. This one will keep you coming back. It looks to have the biggest beach as well! We cannot wait for the lake to return and use that supersized beach! I really enjoyed my time here. It was one of the older resorts but it was still very nice. It was off the strip so it was very quiet and it wasn't too many disturbances. Up the road about the equivalent of 2 blocks is horse stables, and when u drive past the smell kinda sucks but u can't smell it in the resort. The staff was cool. there was one rude lady when we checked out. The air conditioner was great but the last two nights it stopped working as well because I think the pines from the tree outside fell inside of it and it really wasn't working to well. So it was HOT!!!! And they told u that you get free water park tickets and they mean just that. U have to pay to use the rest of the park. Like we got tickets to Mt. Olympus but we could only get on the water rides and not the other parts of the park without paying 20 dollars more. So we ended up paying the extra but we felt a little misled. The room was a lot smaller than it looked on the pic. We stayed in a 1 room cottage with deck. It was so tiny. Like the diagram they have isn't drawn to scale. I wouldn't mind stayin there again but I really think that they should tell u how small it is. It is really made for only 2 people tho they tell u three. The Kitchen was cool. Parking was cool, tho sometimes people would park in the 3 spots in front of our cottage. We have an infant and toddler. We picked this place because there is a kiddie pool, hard to find in this town because it is known for its massive water parks. I would recommend if you have very little ones to ask for rooms without balcony/ground floor. Our room's balcony would never pass inspection in our home town, our two little ones almost fell off all weekend crawling through the wide gaps in rails, I could stick my head through the rails. And I have a big head. My son had splinters in bottom of foot 3x from rotted wood on balcony. I always check the boxspring of the beds for cleanliness. Yuck, our boxsprings were pretty old, lots of stains, otherwise room seemed clean.
