The hotel has great beds and the neighborhood is quiet. There was a wedding there on Saturday, reception and guests spending the night and we had to call security, but all was resolved very quickly. It is only 15 minutes from downtown. The hotel is well staffed and in general very nice. The room service was inefficient, although friendly. We ordered two items; both were delivered incorrectly. One we did not bother to change. The air conditioner in our room did not function well and the move system broke down when we had watched about an hour of a film. So, overall, we like the hotel, but there were too many unfortunate coincidences.
