They have a very friendly and helpful staff. When I thought I had lost my cell phone, the concierge desk helped me immediately contact Verizon about the loss and helped me think of ways to remember where I had last seen it. She was wonderful. The pool is indoors, so I could go there in the cold weather last March, and the bar is the greatest casino bar in the city! Because we were playing the video poker slot machines at the bar, all our drinks were complimentary. The bartenders always remember us and we always have a ball.
