The suites were very clean and the ammenities were awesome. The staff was amazing and always very friendly and attentive. The water park was not open during the week however and we did have problems watching a movie in our room. The problem was never fixed even though we were charged. Location for this hotel is great. It was great fun for the kids. The restaurant that we chose was awful though. It took an almost 90 minutes to bring us our order and the band was extremely loud.
