My family and I have stayed at this wonderful place for vacation for the last 10 years. My girls are 19 and 23 now and love the fireplace family rooms! The owner and staff of this wonderl hotel are the very best anywhere!!! The location to the town square can't be beat.

Horrible experience

The staff was nice but that's the only positive thing I can say. They had a problem giving me directions from less than a mile away. There was no place to put a suitcase - when I asked for a place, I was told they'd have to look for something in the morning, but when I pushed it, they brought me a picnic table bench! It was necessary to call the front desk to find out where the ice machine was (area around the ice machine was dirty and shabby) and how to access the internet which required a password. No dresser, the clock was on a high shelf next to the TV across the room (hard to reach),the carpet was dirty, the mattress pad was wrinkled, the bed sagged in the middle, one pillow didn't have a pillowcase, parking was inadequate and other guests were loud in the parking lot right outside the rooms at 2 a.m. The top of the coffeemaker didn't look clean. Never again. I have done a lot of business and pleasure traveling over the last two years and this was the worst value for the money that I've experienced.

Great vfm

Stayed there in early May while travelling around Montana and Wyoming, so can compare it with a lot of similar places. It's very central and convenient, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are not the average bland motel room. They are clean and more than acceptable given what you pay - it's not the Ritz after all!

The Antler had a very good staff and front desk. It was a very good location, right downtown within walking distance of shops / restaurants / bus service. The rooms were modest but clean. Enjoyed the dry sauna with adjoining bathroom and shower on the lower level. This motel is not about luxury but about adequate accommodations with perks and a great location.

Overall, expensive for what you get in

Overall, expensive for what you get in the room. The place needs a face lift and improvement in the beds and rooms. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The location was very close to central Jackson Hole and was the best aspect.

A good deal

It’s much lower in price than many similar motels in Jackson.

It was extremely clean, seems recently renovated and convenient to many restaurants and the town square. Do not go across the street to the Teton Steak House for breakfast. It is very bad.

dirty linens, towels, and carpet

This place was in a good location and the price was low but i guess you get what you pay for. The bed linens and blanket had nasty dirty spots on them. The towels were also stained and dirty. They might have been washed but all of the towels in our bathroom were stained and nasty. I wore my white socks in the room and they were completely brown after walking around in the room from the dirty carpet.

Exceptional Hospitality

The people who own and operate the Antler Inn are some of the nicest people I have ever met in my travels. When my wife became ill and had to go to the hospital, they loaned me their personal car so I could go to the hospital and see her. Other times, when they needed the car, they drove me to the hospital and came back for me. All at absolutely no charge!

I have never received such splendid hospitality.
