The room was small but clean and very enjoyable. The location was excellent and the staff very helpful. Our bathroom was very small but met our needs. The price and location of this hotel were excellent. Continental breakfasts were delicious and fun to have a free glass of wine in the lobby in the afternoon. We totally enjoyed our two night stay and would definitely stay there again.

Friendly, clean, convenient.Room and bathroom very small. The Andrews is a very good, moderately priced hotel that is extremely convenient (close to Union Square). We recommend it highly, but ask for two beds. Rooms and bathrooms can be very small.

Close to union square. Friendly staff. Quaint, old building. My gorgeous bay windows opened onto a busy loud street. Old renovated building a few blocks from Union Square. Clean and friendly staff. Very nice stay!

Gr8 place. Enjoyed the continental breakfast just outside my door & complimentary glass of wine in the evening.Getting woken up by the lobby front door when it closed bang, probably from people leaving early. This is an old hotel, but it is nicely maintained. The elevator is a step back in time. The staff is accommodating, especially housekeeping. When you check in the late afternoon, you can kick off your heels, refresh yourself, & then go downstairs between 5-6:30 for your complimentary glass of wine. It's a relaxing way to unwind. Tired from your journey? You can just dine at Fino's, a fantastic Italian restaurant right in the hotel. What better way to start an adventure in SF?

Oh my gosh, what a great place. We arrived late at night looking for a place to stay and they even matched a rate from another hotel that I was headed too. Free rollaway cribs for families and lovely antique elevator makes your San Francisco experience even better. We would never stay anywhere else. The rooms are small, but you're never there anyways, and they're super clean.

Friendly, helpful staff, good location, family priced! We were on the 4th floor and with the windows open the street noise was pretty bad! We were very pleased with The Andrews Hotel friendly staff, great location, and the room upgrade we received upon check-in. The only disappointment was being on the 4th floor and not being able to enjoy sleeping with our windows open due to street noise. But overall, we were very happy with the hotel and would stay there again.

the hotel was conveniently located, the restaurant downstairs had great food an ambience, we found it a bit small an noisey the first nite..but great to stay. Breakast was adequate, perfect for those wanting intimacy and rejuvenation...would definately go back and highly reccommend...not for families just couples, single or getting to know .

Service was great. The restaurant and bar are welcoming and small.Bathroom was somewhat dated but the design is probably due to the age of the hotel building. Small, European style hotel near shopping in Union Square. It is convenient to business for traveling around the City. The service was excellent. It is a good choice for a good price.

Great little hotel in San Francisco

This hotel is in a wonderful location near Union Square. The room was pleasant, but small. It also had an extremely small bathroom.

They had a nice breakfast included, as well as wine bar. They had a very friendly, helpful staff. Make sure you ask for room away from street side, which is noisy.
