Stay somewhere else.

My family and I stayed here in June of 2007. It was my four year old sons first trip to Disneyland. On the third evening I decided to check on my Suburban which was valet parket out in the back parking lot. As I approached my vehicle, i could see sunlight shining through my where my headrests should of been. As I got closer, thats when I noticed that not only were my headrest montiors torn out of the headrests and the headrests distroyed, my dash had been ripped apart, my in dash DVD player and amplifiers that were mounted under the second row bench seat were missing. Also my drivers side door latch and lock cylinder were damaged, but not enough to gain entry.

It was obvious to me and the investigating officer that my vehiche had been left unlocked. After talking to other people, it is my belief that my vehicle was left unlocked for someone to come back later to steal my property. It would of taken quite a while to remove all that equipment, so the thieves had been give quite a bit of "alone" time to work on my vehicle. Also, anyone parking cars next to my vehicle would of seen the damage inside and out. Only valet parked cars were parked in that area.

So please, stay away from this hotel. I wouldn't want this to happen to someone else. Fortunatley my insurance covered the $5000 in physcial damage and property loss, but nothing can change the fact that my sons first Disneyland experience was ruined.

Shuttle to Disneyland. Quiet and clean rooms. Friendly staff.Paying $20 per vehicle on top of the hotel room. Hotel was excellent. I have a big problem with paying $20 per vehicle on top of the room charge.

Great Amenities

Positives - Conveniently located within walking distance to Disneyland; shuttle not necessary, but available if needed. Great lobby with friendly staff. Restaurant with breakfast buffet was delicious and clean. Starbucks at the lobby.

Negatives - Room size was standard, maybe on the small side. Pillows were tiny and uncomfortable. No fan in the bathroom. Found hair on towels 2 days in a row. Bed sheet was stained and had hair upon arrival. Parking is NOT free as stated online, but hotel manager made a compromising deal and cut the parking fee in half. Fair enough.

In summary, even though the room was average, the restaurant, Starbucks and the friendly staff make it worth staying at again.

Location, location, location. I was

Location, location, location. I was there as a Disney gore, and the hotel was extremely convenient and accessible. There wasn't anything I particularly disliked. I was visiting Anaheim, as many people do, because of Disneyland. I spent the majority of my time at the park, and therefore used very few of the hotel's facilities; they simply weren't necessary for my purposes. I can't speak for the quality of the dining, as I never ate at the hotel; I was always out early, before breakfast, and back late enough to be well past dinner. The staff I dealt with was consistently courteous and professional. My room was always clean. The water pressure in the shower was good, the hot water was always hot, and the bed was comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet, as I happened to know there were several large family groups staying a few doors down and/or across from my room. If I hadn't seen them going in with their bags, I would never have known they were there. There was no outside noise at all. All in all, it was exactly what I required for my stay, and I would gladly stay there again when making a return visit to the park.

Location, restaurant and overall atmosphere. Pool was amazing.Parking. $20 for self, $27 for valet. Ridiculous. This hotel was amazing, the pool and spa area were fabulous. The food at the cafe was terrific. Only complaint was parking fees were outrageous.
