Also washer and dryer on the premises and ice machine worked. Pool seemed to be well-maintained - didn't swim because of rainy weather. Price and location worked for me - easy on/off to I-10. When we arrived nothing was disclosed up front when checking in about not getting the king bed room, they took my credit card, gave me a key. When i got to the room it was not what a booked. I got a queen bed instead of King. When I told the desk clerk she got extremely defensive and said there was no king rooms available. I explained that I had booked the king room and it was garanted through a credit card hold. Didn't matter as to the desk clerk, Never said Sorry. I asked for my money back, she said no, I had to give a 24 hour notice. The room we got had a bed that was so extremely hard, stained mattress, the tub drained slow. The second day they did give us a king bed, but it ruined our trip to Tucson. This desk clerk certainly did not care about customer satisfaction. Here is a brief of what we found. Service at the front desk was friendly and helpfull. Rooms where clean, smelled fresh and in good shape (all appliances worked, no dripping water, ice machine had ice and even washer and dryer worked) Pool was clear and clean with well taken care of lawn. Ample parking even for our truck with 28 foot long trailer, parking lots had security cameras with 8ft fence around the property.
