What I disliked: Soft mattress -a bit of backache if you're used to your home mattress of the firm type. I am a single mom traveling with family from out of state and needed a hotel close to Disneyland and affordable, this hotel was that and more. The first thing we noticed upon arriving at this hotel was how incredibly friendly the management was. Our room was on the edge, so was very warm, but the A/C did a good job cooling it down. The room was very clean, there are soap/lotion/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the bathroom/shower, and an electronic safe you can use. The pool was refreshing and clean, as was the hot tub. I thought my credit card was charged and had to call to verify.
