We stayed at the hotel 2 nights for our sons basic traing graduation from Ft Sill. Although the location was good the entire hotel was horrible. Parking was very limited, all kinds of construction going on, there were mattress and box springs stacked outside rooms, our room was on the second floor corner was very dirty looks like it was just painted on dirt, bathroom was nasty the ceiling was falling in, there were dead roaches on the floor, MOLD everywhere. There was no furniture in the room other than the TV and the bed. The air conditioner rattled I don't know what was worse that or the noise all night. Security was very bad a renta cop smoking all night no patrol. If you are traveling for graduation the best place and for a little extra money and peace of mind look for a hotel on Cache Rd there are a lot of big names and for a good price book early hotels fill fast. WILL NEVER STAY HERE. The place should be condemed

I stayed at this Lawton hotel for my son's graduation from boot camp at Ft. Sill. While the location is great the hotel is horrible. The picture in the marketing ad has got to be 20 years old. The room is filthy (keep your shoes on if you have white socks on or they will no longer be white). The bathroom is a joke (filthy, mold, etc.). The HVAC rattled badly and I had to wedge a shampoo bottle under the blower motor so I could sleep. Families coming to Lawton for bootcamp graduation - stay on Cache Rd. in either the Hampton Inn or one of the other bigger name hotels. It's worth the extra $25 per night. Believe me. I will say (on the positive) that the front desk staff is very nice and friendly.

Two men tried to get into my room at 2:00 am. on another night. And when the bathroom ceiling fell in with water pouring down I checked out. I told the management about all of it. The location of the motel is in a very bad side of town. My boss stayed there also and it didn't take long for him to get out. Upon checking out there was a lady visibly shaken wanting to get out also.

This place is horrible!

We booked 2 rooms at this hotel for the Graduation of our Army Son at Fort Sill. Upon our arrival, the lobby area felt very humid, and we thought that it was because of the outside weather. But when we went to our rooms, it was horrible. It smelled of mold and mildew, the rooms were warm, and more humid that out side. The lights flickered for about a minute before they turned on fully. Even the TVs had bad reception. My husband checked the air vents to see if the AC was running properly, but appeared to be venting warm + wet air. The ceiling even had mold/mildew stains. When my husband went back to the hotel lobby to complain and ask about the AC, they said that their AC was working just fine and that it was an older style that used a water drip system. When my husband told them that they did not have AC, but a swamp cooler they insisted that their AC was working perfectly. They gave my husband 2 more rooms to check, but they were even worse than the ones we had. We checked out IMMEDIATELY and went elsewhere. At the other hotel and at the Graduation Ceremony, we met at least 8 other families that had also checkout from the Fort Sill Ramada and/or were totally disgusted with the Ramada premises.

The room had a bad smell and the bed was awful. It was not only worn out but whoever makes the beds needs more training because it looked like it was just thrown together. I would surely not recomend this hotel to anyone.

Of the forty-plus nights I stay in

Of the forty-plus nights I stay in hotel rooms each year, this is the worst. First, the staff at the desk was indifferent at best. Second, the air conditioning in the room was very poor, barely blowing cool air, and it was mouldy smelling. Third, the carpet in the rooms and in the common hallways was FILTHY, with obvious greasy paths into each room. Fourth, and most glaring, was the strong smell of RODENT URINE that was pervasive throughout ALL FIVE ROOMS we rented. This was a common feature in every room. I will never stay here again, and will advise everyone I know to stay away as well. No price is low enough to make up for the terrible conditions.

The hotel was extremely hot throughout, the air conditioner could not keep up with the outside temperature. Understanding that the hotel is old, the air conditioning system and the air quality were both extremely poor. Many of the 7 rooms appeared to have not been cleaned prior to our arrival, with trash on the floors and dirty towels. We stayed 1 night and found other acceptable accomdations in Lawton. Between the hot rooms and the cleaniness issues, this hotel, simply put, was unaccepptable!

Sand and blades of grass in the beds in both rooms. Black foot prints in the tub in the bathroom. Sheets were grey . They did'nt have any pillow cases that were clean. My husbands pillow had mascara on it and his sheets had brown stains where someone had sat on the side of the bed. We changed our own beds. There were roaches in our room the second day. The carpets are filthy.. I have pictures of the roach on the wall and the foot prints in the tub. And the wad of gum on the ceiling in the bathroom. We went swimming in the pool which was the cleanest part of the whole motel.
