Storm caused electric to go out. No one was available in office offering information as far as updating patrons as to when we should have electric by. Owner had no concern at all to supply flashlights. Tried to contact them in efforts to have dead 9 Volt battery in alarm clock replaced so we could listen to updated weather information and maybe needed to set alarm for morning. My boy friend took pictures of white socks he had that turned black after walking on carpet. When checking out made management aware of all these issues. We declined because I am filing a dispute with my Credit Card Co.
