Our improvised Christmas meal
Merry Christmas! Christmas day brought a very long sleep in after the previous day’s skiing. We all got up quite late, had some food to munch on and just chilled for the day. It was also snowing when we woke up, so it truly was a White Christmas!
Carla and I went to the recreational centre in the resort and played some games like air hockey, snooker and games that you find at arcades (shoot ‘em up style games and car racing). It was fun and relaxing.
It was decided that we would have a Christmas dinner, except that we would eat at about 4 in the afternoon due to our late wake up and other reasons unbeknownst to me. We had turkey, cornbread/stuffing, cranberry sauce, gravy, carrots, corn on the cob and potato rounds (potato gem/ tater tot style) and some champagne. It was an odd combination for a Christmas meal, but yummy nonetheless!
Well, we hope everyone enjoyed their Christmas day too!
God bless.
