ding a ling, ding, ding, dong... wedding bells are ringing. The cabbie that drove us to the chapel was very cool... Jamaican dude, had the reggae cranked up... :-)
Well, the moment of truth came and went and Rick went through with it. I still can't believe it. It was done at the Wedding Chapel of the West ... or something like that. It was in and out... they give each couple 30 minutes to take care of business then move out to make room for the next one. Rick held up good and didn't pass out or anything, even though this is the hottest day of the year so far (95 degrees).
Had the reception at Margaritaville. That place is pretty neat and Jimmy Buffet has got to be making a killing off of it. We wasted away there on margaritas, beer, steaks, and wedding cake. Then moved the party to the casino. I won $200!!! woo hoo! Gotta love them wheel of fortune slots. Spent $20 in the quarter machines and won $50. Took that $50 to the dollar machines and won $200. This gambling crap might not be so bad after all!
