Three pictures from the Venice Canals at Venetia about a week before Christmas in 2003. They took our picture in the gondola but it was terrible. Way too much flash. I didn't even want to try to fix it. The Gondolier we had was the best singer on the canal that day.
Sorry I don't have a picture of me sticking my hand in the white tiger cub's mouth at Siegfried and Roys show when we were there in 1997. We were sitting in the 'Pit' next to the runway. Roy had brought out a white tiger cub to get him used to the audience. He stopped in front of me and asked if I wanted to pet him. I stroked its head down to his nose. He rolled his head over and tood my hand in his mouth and ran his tongue over it. It felt like a cats tongue, only multiplied for raspiness. Roy almost had a heart attack, but the cub seemed to enjoy it and it as fun for me.
That is my wife with the living statue.
