So after a short venture to Minnesota's State Fair (in St. Paul) on Friday afternoon, Alissa and I toured Minneapolis' slighly hippie/yuppie influenced Uptown to peruse shopping options and indulge in some lighthearted Greek food (as well as leftover baguette and Gruyere cheese from our picnic earlier in the day at the cherry in spoon sculpture garden). Unfortunately the onset of fatigue forced us to puncture the day with a brief nap before heading out later for some live jazz.
