I hadn't been home since the 4th of July. From what I understand, this is a significant amount of time for a college student. And so, to placate the family, I stayed home for the majority of the weekend. The one exception to this being a trip to the downtown Perkins, the epicenter of the universe. There I met a good friend and his new fiancee. He had proposed less than 24 hours prior and so were inseperable. It was nice to get to know her, as I had only met her once before.
Private Notes
This was also the week I was asked to be Wade's best man. So I had a vested interest in getting to know them as a couple. Man am I excited!
