This place was Amazing

Today's events were pretty small and insignificant -- and yet it was the day we had all been waiting for: the day we hit the road! We met as a team at noon, worked out some last-minute kinks, wrote our testimonies, ate Wendy's fast food, and hit the road at 3:30. We arrived in Forest City around 7:30, and most of the crew ate at A&W (yes, we know, that's two fast food meals in one day and we're all going to die...) while Beth and Caleb went to a grocery store for some healthier options. Beth struggles with her diet due to Diabetes, so be praying for her and that she always has good meals to keep her blood sugar down.
We began unloading at the church at about 8:15-ish, and we went to our host homes a little after 10:00. From the sounds of things, everyone loved who they stayed with, so that's a blessing. And of course, everyone went to bed before 11:00 because we had such an early morning on Sunday (hopefully our parents will believe that and be happy). More to come!
