Fort Wayne, Indiana - Grocery Shopping

We went shopping at this pharmacy/food store after lunch. Groceries are so cheap here. They were selling 10 x 400g packets of chips for $10 at the door! It’s incredible. We didn’t do an awful lot that afternoon, but headed out for a meeting at a high school that night. This high school was HUGE! It had all the usual classrooms, this massive gym plus an auditorium, conference rooms, meeting rooms etc etc So much bigger than any schools in Australia.

We had burgers in the foyer with the lady who organised the meeting that night, from Wendy’s. It was actually kind of neat because in a meal you can choose your side rather than automatically getting fries. You can have salad, coleslaw, baked potato, baked beans or others. This massive group of teenage boys and their supervisors overran the lobby checking in. Must have been for a sports event, and they were running up and down the halls. Fortunately it didn’t continue all night, and they were smart enough not to do it in the morning! Watched TV again, then went to sleep.
