We started our road trip off with a visit to Six Flags today. We decided to get season passes, which are good at all of the Six Flags parks in the country, so we needed to go to Atlanta to get them processed. We stayed and rode several rides, including the new coaster Goliath, which was amazing! We then went to see our friend Spud play softball nearby on our way to Erin's Aunt Kim's house in Hampton. We had a great dinner with Kim and she has generously agreed to put us up for the night. Tomorrow we are going to head off to Savannah and some of the islands off the Georgia coast. After that our tenative plans are to head to Gainesville to see my (Will's) Grandmother then to make our way to the Keys. We will be stopping at springs and beaches along the way. After that, who knows?
Also, one of our goals on this trip is to go to as many water parks and ride as many roller coasters as possible...Six Flags was a great start!
