Tampa, Florida - Surviving Hurricane Frances

The season is just about over for this gig and I am making plans to return to Nevada/Arizona/S. California for the Fall/Winter.

I've been asked to do some consulting work for my old friend Emilio Kifuri of Canyon Travel in early October. Emilo owns a tour company providing eco-tours of Mexico's Copper Canyon region. I will be taking a complete Dutch oven kitchen to one of Emilio's lodges and providing some training in Dutch oven cooking to his staff. I will be there around ten days before returning Stateside.

My number one priority this Fall is to finish the Dutch Oven Cookbook and my visit to Mexico will provide me with some good photo opportunities for the book.

I have not decided yet just exactly where I will 'drop anchor' while I finish the cookbook but will let everyone know once I make a decision.
