Sanford, Florida - Dull place with potential

Sanford, Florida: This place was Average; Sanford has a historic district, which makes for a decent stroll down if you are in the area. It's large lake next to the town center also gives it something a lot of landlocked cities don't have...a waterfront! But overall, the area is overpriced due to its proximity to Orlando and doesn't have much to show for it.
