This place was Amazing

...Or so we thought. So we have since decided that we were meant to stay here in Miami 5 extra days. (Or thats just our excuse.) Reguardless, its been a nice start to our vacation with some beach time, rest, and time to figure out a few travel details. Due to Katrina, a lot of people were travelling Miami to Caracas so all flights were full until Friday. We are so grateful to the friends in Miami that have taken us in since we have been here!
The humidity has been killer, especially on the beach, where your refreshing break is in the 80 degree bathwater that is the ocean. All that aside, its beautiful here and most of the time we felt as if we were already in Latin America. There are lots of people here from the places we'll be visiting, and many who don't speak any english.
So we leave tomorrow, and with any luck, the next entry we post will be from South America!
