destin is completely different from the beachs that i'm used to in texas. the beaches are absolutely beautiful. we went on memorial day weekend, and the people where unbelievably beautiful, it was just like spring break. the resort that we were staying at was great, club intra-west. there is a little 'village' on the resort grounds that is full of great resturants and little shops, really cool. destin it's self is too busy for me. if you want a fun party beach this is your place. but you can only check into a lot of places if you are 25 or with a 25 year old. we were 24. a dumb rule.
