Driving to Washington, DC, Detour in Daytona Beach

The next day we got up and left Orlando right away (we had already been up twice in the year). Both of us had never been to Daytona, so we decided to stop and have a look around. We saw the racecar stadium and had some pictures taken, then we drove down by the beach. The sand is so much different than in south florida! Daytona's sand is so much smoother! The beach was nice, but we didnt stay long.
