Tiburon is located in Marin County, about at 30 min. ferry ride from San Francisco. The ride itself lets you sit back and take in all the sights from the city skyline to Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge. Places that we like: Guaymas (upscale Mexican), New Morning Cafe for Sweedish Pancakes, Servino's (Italian), Sam's Anchor Cafe with large brunch menu and good place to watch the drunken sailors get off their boats, Paradise Cafe for hamburgers and ice cream. After lunch, hike or bike to Blacky's Pasture, about a 3 mile round trip from town along Richardson Bay...there is a Johnny on the Spot, waterfountain, and playground on the path. http://www.tiburon-belvedere.com/cgi/home.cgi
