This place was Amazing

We love this hotel and this island across the causeway from San Diego. When we were there in 1994 with our son, Trent, Bill and Hillary Clinton were also there. We watched their helicoptor land - not that we are Clinton fans by any means, but it was interesting to see the heightened security and such.
Anyway, we had a room in the annex of the hotel. We wanted the annex because those rooms are right on the beach. Our room was huge and had a large porch leading to the beach. It was great! I can't remember what we paid for that room back then, 11 years ago, but I think it was around $300 per night then. Imagine what it must be today!
Trent, who was about 16 at the time, was into juggling and he would practice juggling on the beach.
