Phoenix is an awesome place to live other than tons of people. There is so much here to see and do. The GrandCanyon is only about a 3 1/2 hr drive north, Mexico is 2 hrs SE or SW depending if you want to go to Nogales or Algadonas, AZ Diamondbacks are here,spring training camps for several basebll teams, sports, concerts,fine dining,movies..you name it we most likely have it here.
I have ben to the Grand Canyon several times and each time it totally amazes me the size and depth of it. Sunrises are spectacualr there as well as anywhere here in AZ. Sunsets are just as spectacular if not more so.
Come for a visit,Oct thru Apr are the best months..the coolest. and yes it does get hot here in the summer! But you sure can't beat the winters...where else on New Years eve can you sit outside on the patio with a firepit going?
