I made the assumption that there would be an ATM at the bus station of the busiest border crossing in North America. You know what they say about assumptions. I ended up being escorted by a friendly Greyhound bus driver,who picked up a large rock to scare off any would be muggers to a Taxi. The taxi took me to an ATM that would give me not quite enough money for my bus ticket. A kind woman at the bus station chipped in the remaining 23 pesos for the ticket. So I met great people who had poor opinions of Tijuana.
