This place was Amazing

After graduating I decided I needed to spend more 'quality' time in Spain with my pals so decided to study how to teach English as a foreign language and volunteered my services in Zaragoza. Visitors must ensure an evening trip to the 'Zumalecarregui' zone - a street full of clubs! Lots of students too! I lived in 'la Calle de Tarragona' just north of the centre where rats seemed to invade the streets...cucarachas lived in our flat and we always can home stamping our feet before switching on the light! Oh, there was a Saturday night tv show called 'La Gran Noche de la Oca' which was hosted by a man whose name I now forget who was from Zaragoza, so we had no option but to watch...those were the days.....
