Really tough place for people to live. Our hotel had a balcony, but the door to it would not close! The light grid went out for the whole district while we were at the dinner table. Food delivered in the dark and we could not see what we ate and had no idea what it was. I went to our room to bathe in the dark before all the hot water was gone, (but it may have been non electric heated water). Earlier we had told the clerk that the TV didn't work and she said the repair man came on Wednesdays and today was Thursday. It was interesting to see the sights of the city, but glad we didn't have to live there.
