Nassau is a complete wreck of a town, there is absolutely nothing special about it. Its all cheap buildings and overpriced tourist stores and is not that clean. The beaches in this area were decent but resembled Jones Beach in New York. I came on a cruise and spent about two days here and wouldn't consider coming back to the Nassau area. Next time I'll try Jamaica.
