28th... my big day. I was to present my paper on tourism in the afternoon. But since I'm the last speaker, no point cooping myself up in the convention center! I went out and took cab rides to get to places. I went to the May 18 Cemetry, Art Street, some shopping zones and the World Cup Stadium in Gwangu! Was happy with what I saw, but just disppointed that the stadium was closed and cordoned off for a concert =(. It would have been better seeing the stadium from INSIDE you know?
Getting back to the convention center, I had some time to kill before my presentation... Bought ALL the proceedings of the forum, and realized there was an exhibition going on in the exhibition halls! It's some TV media exhibition... I couldn't really make much sense out of it. But I saw Spongebob! So I was happy... haha! But when it came to my presentation, not so happening leh... Cos everyone's more or less gone out to play! So the audience was pretty miserable, although Sarab was very nice in giving constructive comments and asked me interesting questions =).
There was a party at night... just some food and entertainment kind of gathering. But the shopping area around the venue was more attractive! Haha! Anyway, the highlight of the night was more like clubbing. Rene brought us to this club called Prince... supposedly the best in Gwangju! I danced in my crazy way whole night... it was pretty fun. And I must comment the DJs are talented! They don't just spin music! They sing and dance too! And they do it well! Cool! Haha! So fun...
