Jiannie icon Kwangju, South Korea - Asia Youth Culture Camp Part 3

by Jiannie

Kwangju, South Korea
5 Stars  This place was Amazing
KDJ convention center!
Another morning on 27th and it's conference day! I had no paper to present on Friday so I thought I should just go there, register and attend the talks. But some of the presentations were quite bad in terms of spoken English. Oh well, it is an Asian culture forum right? Heez... But the ideas were pretty interesting, some of them. In the afternoon, I also took a tour with the organizers, which brought us to some cultural center and a Korean Buddhist temple. A pretty decent trip that only my photos can describe!

After the day, we went back and some of the people I got to know, mainly Taiwanese, went to dinner with me. So nice =) I was afraid the event will be so short I might be able to say 'hi' or get to have enough interaction with the people who constitute it. But I'm glad I could talk to most of them. Mainly the Chinese people. Dinner was nice! Some steamboat soup thing with pork ribs... Mmmm... meat! Haha! Especially in meat scarce Korean foods! Yum! Yum Yum! It was a very satisfying dinner... Yum!

To be continued...

Lunch!
Some cultural center...
Group photo on the weird looking bench!
At a Korean Buddhist temple...
Nice!
The temple...
Very nice view after a tiring climb...
Weird beggar...
Dinner! Yum!
