Amazing how you step across a river and get your passport stamped, and suddenly you're in the real Africa.
Used to go skiing in Lesotho as a kid. Once went so high in the mountains that water froze in the kettle and the gas wouldn't light because there was no oxygen. Or it was too cold. Who knows?
