This is where me and my Fmily settled at and i grew up here from 1992 upto now , though currently am working in Kisumu. It is the town i have known as my home since then n stil is ma home.People there live in poverty and do the earn-and-live kind of living.It's not that of a nice place to live in especially if u have known money and all that nice luxuries, but u can make it there still. It has a nice sightseeing place, which is the Ruiru river which has a few foot high waterfall that was man-made.People around are mainly of the Kikuyu tribe and mix of luo's and Luhya's, who came in search of jobs and currently working in one of the Textile companies around there.

Ruiru is a place where business is only for survivors and people who only rely on daily income, hence making them look poorer than ever.
