Western Red Colobus at Abuko Nature Reserve
Had a great week relaxing at the Sheraton Gambia Hotel Resort & Spa, staying in a Deluxe Palm room right on the beach. It was fantastic to be able to get up and run along the about 8km beach while the sun is still low in the sky.
Visited Abuko Nature Reserve in Lamin. The min attraction is the friendly monkeys though there are crocodiles in the pond, some vultures flying around and some hyenas in a pretty poor looking cage.
Visted the Senegambia strip for dinner at Alibabas and lunch around the corner wher I had a delicious african beef dish with onions and lime.
